This video originally published in January 4, 2012 shows how to how to kill a Dwarven Centurion Master in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and obtaining Grimsever. It isn’t exactly a tutorial, but it demonstrates the procedure used to beat this construct on the Master difficulty level.
The Dwarven Centurion Master is an intimidating and enhanced version of the Dwarven Centurion from Bethesda’s popular action-RPG. The creature can be found in the Dwemer Ruins and has more armor and attack power than its less evolved cousins. This enemy wields a warhammer and a battleaxe and can take a lot of damage when using very powerful attacks.
From what we can see, ranged attacks are a good strategy if the player isn’t very strong or is well-armed. Also, some claim that an effective strategy for eliminating a Dwarven Centurion Master, albeit slow, is to wear light armor while firing arrows or destruction spells at it while running at regular intervals. It’s not advisable to summon Atronachs in the presence of a Centurion, as the colossus will easily dispatch most summoned enemies.
